New Zealand Deliveries
Our current shipping rates are:
Urban Addresses - $6.50
Rural Addresses - $10
Free Shipping on purchases $150 and over
Please note if the incorrect shipping is chosen we may ask you to pay the additional cost or your order may be cancelled.
Our orders are sent on the courier with NZ Post through Parcel Port. All our orders are tracked with signature required, exclusions to this are rural or PO Box deliveries. Waiving the signature request or asking for your parcel to be left elsewhere is done at the purchasers own risk.
Our courier aims to have parcels with you within 1-3 business days. Rural deliveries please allow an extra 1-3 business days for your parcel to arrive.
Please expect delays due to Covid-19 at this time.
We have suspended shipping to Australia due to the high costs involved and the shipping delays. However if you still wish to place an order you may do so but a $60 deposit is required for all orders.
This deposit covers both postage and packaging plus costs related to physically taking your parcel to a post shop.
As this is a deposit only, should your parcel cost more that $60 to send, you will be asked to pay the remainder before it can be sent. Should it be less than $60 then you will be refunded the difference.
Parcels will be sent through economy post and you accept by placing your order that there is no specific timeframe for delivery available and that it may take weeks to arrive.
As the cost to send is weight/volume based we will not send any extras in your parcel to help reduce the cost of your parcel. Your items will still have protected packaging on them to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
It is the responsibility of Australian customers to follow up with NZ Post if they need help with tracking. Once you parcel is with NZ Post, My Kids Clothing is free from any further responsibility in regards to your delivery.
Please note any custom charges at the border are the responsibility of the customer. My Kids Clothing and Gifts will not be responsible for these.
General Shipping Notes
Please note during busy times, some deliveries may be delayed. My Kids Clothing will try and keep you up to date with any delays. My Kids Clothing is not responsible for delays or damages caused by the courier service.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct delivery address at the time of purchase. Should an incorrect delivery address be given and your parcel is delivered to the address you provided, we will do everything we possibly can to help you locate your parcel. Unfortunately if your parcel can not be located, My Kids Clothing, holds no responsibility for replacing or refunding your purchase where the customer has supplied an incorrect address.
We aim to process and package your purchase within 48 hours (business days only) of placing an order. We will send courier tracking information once your order is ready to be shipped.
Waiving the signature request or asking for your parcel to be left elsewhere is done at the purchasers own risk.
My Kids Clothing reserves the right to change or increase shipping costs at their discretion and without notice.

At the checkout information is provided in regards to how long your order will take to be processed by us. Please allow for delays with the courier while Covid -19 restrictions are in place.
