Frequently Asked Questions

How long does my order take to be delivered?

We work hard to get your order out the door as quickly as possible. We aim to have your order processed within 2 working days and once on the courier, delivery will be between 1-3 working days for urban areas and a further 1-3 working days for rural.  As we are a small family owned business there are times when it may take longer. We will advise you if there is a delay, this is normally shown in our banner across the top of our website.  During busy periods such as store wide sales and Christmas please allow a few extra days for your parcel to reach you.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately not at this time due the increased costs to send internationally.   

Do you have everything in stock?

Yes exceptions this are Pre-Orders but all details are included in the product description.

Do you offer rain checks or holds on products?

No, unfortunately due to the small nature of our business we are unable to offer these services.

I’ve put products in the cart and gone to check out but see I need a debit or credit card to purchase.  Are there any other payment methods?

We currently accept credit and debit cards for payment through our website.  We also offer Afterpay and Zip payment options, both of which are provided by external payment companies and require you to sign up with them before paying with them.  

I forgot to use a discount code, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately we are unable to process a refund if you forget or weren't aware of a discount code being valid at the time of purchase.  We leave the choice of using a discount code entirely up to you, the customer, as we know many customers choose not to use them.  

Are there any benefits to joining the newsletter email?

Yes, our newsletter subscribers are some of the first people to know about any sales or promotions that we will be having.  We also like to reward our subscribers with discount voucher codes, just for them to use!

Do you have a physical store we can visit in Masterton or collect from?

No, we are online only.  If you live within Masterton 5810, we will hand deliver your parcel for free.
