• We understand buying footwear online can be difficult,  We suggest checking your child's current shoes for their sizing. 

• Once these are received we suggest trying on the footwear with a clean pair of socks on a clear surface so as not to mark them.  If you have purchased the incorrect size, please contact us at info@mykidsclothing.co.nz to return shoes and have the correct size sent to you. 

• All footwear returned must be clean, unworn (except for when tried on) and in a resaleable condition.  Footwear must be free of scuff marks, dirt and other markings.  All items returned must be in new condition and able to be resold.  If we deem an item to be unable to be resold due to it being soiled, missing tags or packaging, the original item will be returned.
